PT Chakra Jawara (CJ), a subsidiary of PT Mahadana Dasha Utama (MahaDasha), inaugurated its National Distribution Center (NDC) facility in Cakung, East Jakarta on Wednesday, March 1, 2023. In addition to being a facility that will support CJ's efforts to provide maximum service for all its customers, the NDC will also serve as a training center that will hone the skills of all CJ employees, especially the company's technicians and operators.
Standing on an area of 6,000 m2, CJ's NDC consists of a storage area for units (heavy equipment trucks) of 4,000 m2, as well as a special parts storage area that can accommodate up to 6,000 line items. Not only that, the NDC CJ facility is also equipped with an office area, Training Center and workshop facilities with 3 work bays, as well as a component reconditioning facility (CRC).
In his speech at the Opening Ceremony, Bambang Wira as Director of CJ said that the construction of NDC Cakung is a tangible manifestation of the company's commitment to always provide excellent service to the company's customers, especially in terms of fulfilling component needs. It is hoped that with the presence of NDC Cakung, component problems and other services can be resolved more quickly, so that customer operations are not disrupted and production can run smoothly according to the target.
